Diane Techam is the Accounting/HR Administrator at Foundations, where she brings over two decades of experience in financial management and human resources. Since joining the team in March 2022, Diane has played a pivotal role in streamlining the organization's accounting processes and enhancing HR functions.

Her expertise includes QuickBooks, financial reporting, and comprehensive administrative skills. Diane's prior roles include being the Development Director and Business Administrator at Bishop Conaty Our Lady of Loretto High School in Los Angeles, where she managed development initiatives and business operations for nearly 14 years. Additionally, she operated her own professional organizing business, Sort it Out!, for six years, further showcasing her organizational and managerial capabilities.

Diane holds a solid educational background from Northland College and is proficient in accounts payable and receivable, financial reporting, and various administrative tasks. Her relocation to Colorado in 2021 brought her to Foundations, where she continues to apply her extensive knowledge and experience to support the organization's mission.

Fluent in English and with limited working proficiency in Spanish, Diane is a dedicated and resourceful professional committed to fostering a well-organized and efficient working environment at Foundations.
